We embarked on a wild, unforgettable journey deep into the heart of indigenous territory — capturing the traditions, struggles, and resilience of a culture fighting to preserve its identity. This was more than a film — it was a massive undertaking rooted in respect, immersion, and purpose. The Maleku stands as a tribute to their voice, their land, and their enduring legacy.
